Oracle America, Inc. has openings for QA Analyst in Bedford, MA. Analyze and write test standards and procedures. Maintain documentation of test results. Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions. Analyze, evaluate and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problems. Develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develop and execute software test plans. Design functional, integration and regression test plans for various features, build and execute manual and automated tests and perform highly complex analysis for multiple SBC related products. Set cross-functional product testing standards. Analyze regression test results and take corrective actions. System testing of networking products to identify scale, performance and stability aspects of releases of code. Perform manual and automated testing of SBC features like SIP, Security related protocols (TLS, SRTP), Active Directory, media analysis, SNMP, Call Recording servers, Emergency services, and various real world call-flows. Perform feature and defect-fix check-in verification by doing basic sanity check of the software component's functionality as well as end-to-end verification of the overall system functionality. Develop automation using TCL and XML based tools to regression test our products and features. Utilize Agile development methodology. Work with data networking and VOIP telephony environments with an emphasis on Next Generation IP services.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of work experience in a QA analyst or software development-related occupation. Experience must include:
1. SQA role in VOIP and IP, including automating embedded software products. 2. SIP protocol, in-depth knowledge of RFC3261 and related specifications. 3. Networking Protocols:
TCP, IP, UDP, DHCP, and DNS. 4. Security Protocols:
TLS, IPsec, and SRTP. 5. VOIP Technologies:
SIP, H323, session border controllers, and IMS. 6. SIP related protocols:
RTP/RTCP, SNMP, DIAMETER, and SDP. 7. TCL and XML including analysis of XML based files. 8. Exfo, Spectra2, LandSlide, Sipp, Seagull and similar traffic generator tools. 9. Open source testing methodologies. 10. Scripting for GUI automation using Selenium. 11. Defect tracking tool Jira. 12. Defect tracking tool ClearQuest. 13. Perform defect/bug duplication, analysis and verification. 14. NAT/Firewall/Media Gateways/ SBC network devices. 15. Network packet analyzer:
Ethereal/Wireshark. Experience may be gained concurrently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
