Participate as a high level technical expert in research, design development, coding, testing and debugging of new software (large scale mobile applications within the financial services/on-line payment domain) in a distributed environment; engage in requirements gathering, research and development using Zxing and other frameworks; provide significant enhancements to existing software for third party customers; assist Software Designer/Implementers in creation of detailed software design specifications; lead the review process at each phase of the software design and implementation cycle; work with technical staff of software engineers to understand problems with software and develop specifications to resolve them; define the basic technical solution for implementation by the team based on Java, C+
and Objective C; resolve third party customer complaints and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements from customers; act as team leader providing technical leadership to distributed teams of software professionals; assist in training less-experienced software development staff.
Five (5) years experience designing and/or implementing large scale enterprise class business software solutions in a distributed environment, including at least three (3) years leading teams in the development of financial services/mobile payment applications. Special Skills Required: Proficiency in Java, C++, Objective C and Zxing framework
Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
