Responsibilities:
Process new hire benefit enrollments/life event changes Maintain employee benefit eligibility information Communication with broker for COBRA notifications Assist with benefits administration Monitoring required training for the company Adding/deleting users in LMS Regular communication with managers on training completion status Assist in training development Assist with all employee inquiries Performs other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
Extremely high attention to detail Must maintain strong confidentiality rules and regulations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Exce/Word/Powerpoint Comfortable working in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task Creative skill strongly desired Job Type:
