SUMMARY The Manager Direct Access is responsible for developing and implementing employee-facing strategy to effectively delivery direct access content (Tier 0) to the employees and leaders.Develops and maintains a strategy for branding direct access (Tier 0) material to employees and leaders in an engaging method.Responsible for assuring Tier 0 is easily accessible to all employees utilizing the most up to date systems and technology.Responsible for determining and maintaining security access to HR technology solutions. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for assuring employee-facing content (Tier) is positioned to drive direct access utilization as need on demand. Develops and maintains a strategy for branding and engaging employee and leader utilization. Responsible for assuring Tier 0 is easily accessible to all employees. Identifies and collaborates with each functional area's leader in Employee Services on improving content. Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for Service Advisors. Analyze Tier 0 HR service delivery effectiveness and provide solutions to enhance service delivery. Mentor and conducts regular coaching discussions with team members. Partner with the Direct Employee Services to ensures that customer service meets pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Promotes self-service avenues to ascertain HR information and resolve customer issues. Responsible for assuring Tier 0 is easily accessible to all employees. Responsible for determining and maintaining security access to HR technology solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Required Minimum Education:
College degree or 5-7 years of equivalent experience. Minimum Years and Type of
Experience:
5-7 years of HR management level experience Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Proven experience in implementing successful benefits programs and policies. Thought leader in regional benefits trends; knowledge of regional benefits trends and best practices in the industry. In-depth knowledge of benefits governance guidelines. In-depth knowledge of benefits compliance and reporting requirements. General HR knowledge (across all HR functions/processes). Proven team leadership capabilities. Strong business acumen, service excellence, strategic thinking, coaching and continuous improvement skills.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
