Summary:
The Edinburg Center is seeking a Director to oversee the Behavioral Health Community Partners and ED Boarding Program.
What You Will do:
The Director is responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Behavioral Health Community Partners program and ED Boarding.
Serves as Clinical Care Manager for Enrollees referred to the team, participating in the Assessment, Care Planning and ongoing BH CP service provision as specified in program protocols and policies.
Serves as the Team Leader for the ED Boarding team, participating in assessment, community service plans and on-going ED Boarding service provision as specified in program protocols and policy.
Who You Are:
Master's Degree required with a Massachusetts license in a related discipline preferred with at least 2 years of experience working with people with serious mental illness and substance use disorders required.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Must be familiar with and embraces person-centered planning philosophy and motivational interviewing.
Ability to use a computer for word processing, EHR and email/Outlook Calendar, and the Internet for resource searches and assisting clients with online surveys and using online decision-making tools required.
Regular access to reliable transportation required.
