This is a unique program that provides employment to individuals working on federal contracts throughout 17 locations.
Program Manager position includes supervision of case managers, clinical consultation to project managers, assessment of potential applicants to the program and oversight of the Individual Employment Evaluation System.
This position is a member of WORK Inc's Positive Behavioral Leadership team.

Summary:
This position is responsible for the support services provided to participants of the Ability One program by working collaboratively with project managers.
Will be able to provide support services that include supervision, crisis management, assessment and implement positive behavioral strategies that drive desired employment outcomes.
Will be able to meet with Project Managers and Case Managers on a routine basis to review participant status/services.
This position will be responsible for providing supervision of Projects Managers and Operational Management team in the Ability One program.
Must be able to mentor and support the individuals that we serve.
Having communication skills combined with critical thinking techniques are vital prerequisites for this job.
This position is Mondays-Fridays from 8am-4pm (Reasonable additional hours may be needed to support the individual upon supervisor's approval)
Essential Functions:
Responsible for:
1.
Develop systems for reporting any incidents of discrimination.
2.
Oversee & address all conflicts within the Ability One program and communicate findings/solutions to parties involved.
3.
Work with the Employment team, Ability One team and QE team to develop and implement PBIS practices throughout the agency.
4.
Conducting individual and family satisfaction surveys.
Using data to improve the services for the individual.
5.
Oversight of the HCSIS system to implement ISP requirements on time for Ability One 6.
Oversee that all case files, and other records, strictly comply with policies, regulations, and procedures (CARF, QUEST, and SOURCE AMERICA) 7.
Develop and Implement Department Policies & Procedures 8.
Supervise, develop, provide guidance, and support to the Ability One Case Management Team (Conduct monthly/annual supervisions with Ability One Case Managers, PIP, ETC.
) 9.
Respond to complaints and provide information.
10.
Oversee & assist in ISP meetings, navigating services with Case Managers 11.
Develop positive relationships with managers, consumers, and other staff members reflecting an understanding and identification with the values, skills, and knowledge base of the profession.
12.
Exercise independent professional judgement when appropriate, strong decision-making skills in the Department 13.
Management and Oversight of all IEE's for Funded/Unfunded Ability One participants.
14.
Oversee the tracking of IEE's and Disability Determinations (including recertifications) for the Employment/Ability One Program (Unfunded included) 15.
Manage & Assist in the On Boarding (New Hire Packet, ETC.
) and the discharge of participants in Ability One 16.
Supervise the Ability One Case Managers in navigating day and creating deadlines.
17.
Serve as a liaison between the agency, participants, and external agencies.
18.
Oversee, provide, model and /or direct effective crisis management for participants at the Ability One sites.
19.
Assist the consumer with utilizing Health Insurance (FCE) information, benefits, etc.
20.
Oversee communication reports and coaching & feedback reports to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
21.
Responsible for implementing PBIS in Ability One programs & Buildings including Responsible the collection of PBIS data and serving on the PBIS Leadership Team 22.
Understand the conditions for success of our participants and assist Project Managers to develop strategies to address the learning and social/emotional difficulties that impact a participant's ability to function effectively.
23.
Help evaluate the effectiveness of positive behavior support plans and make any necessary changes to help individuals learn new skills and behaviors more effectively.
24.
Provide resources internal and external as needed.
