What you'll doAs a Product Manager for our authentication platform, you will be responsible for building the platform that serves the authentication experience for tens of millions of users as they access their applications.
You will have the opportunity and autonomy to work across the business to deliver a scalable, resilient solution that makes security easy and effective for all.
Duo's authentication solution is the cornerstone for securing the workforce by protecting against phishing, compromised credentials, or other identity-based attacks to verify user identities and establish device trust before granting access to applications.
The authentication platform is at the center of many major initiatives at Duo, so you will have to be aware of the broader impact of work done across all of research and development and collaborate with leaders across functions to gain alignment.
Authentication is at the heart of our product, therefore the work, experiences, and opportunities will be both diverse and ambitious.
Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of the product strategy.
We are responsible for delivering the best experience for our users.
As the product expert, you excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while being accountable for usability, security, quality & adoption.

You'll drive the product vision and strategy for the platform that supports internal teams to deliver a world-class authentication experience to millions of usersYou'll work closely with both customers and internal software and hardware teams to understand their needsBuild, prioritize and communicate the product vision and strategy for your area to your team and across the businessWork cross-functionally across engineering, QA and product to deliver solutions that accelerate our ability to provide customer value3 years of product management experience, ideally on technical or platform productsBachelor's degree in an applicable fieldDemonstrated success in owning a product area and launching products that delivered long-term valueExperience leading product direction and design based on customer input and data-driven decisions.
Ability to make complex concepts accessible for the wider organization, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional skills you may also have5 years of product management experience with at least 3 years of platform or technical experienceTechnical background (computer science degree or software engineering experience)Experience in the security industryFamiliar with at least one of the following:
user authentication/login flows and associated technologies, identity and access management, securityReasons why you should applyYou possess a highly driven and entrepreneurial personality, with an ability to get stuff done while having a sharp mind and eye for detail.
