OVERVIEWThe Head of Employee Learning and Development has the unique opportunity to impact the lives of patients by implementing strategic initiatives geared at enhancing career progression, culture and engagement of our employees.
This role will also be responsible for supporting a talent pipeline and succession planning.
S/he will need to have strong strategic and analytical skills and will be responsible for ensuring the attainment of Lantheus strategic and financial goals as well as developing short and long-term plans in support of the corporate objectives and to meet the needs of our key stakeholders and customers.
They will be an ambassador for instilling our cultural values and It will also be the responsibility of this position to create strategies that promote the development of our employees.
Core Leadership Development programs, LinkedIn Learning strategies and other development programs that map to our competencies will be the focus of this role.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESPosition DescriptionThe Leadership Development Director will build education leaders' capacity by coaching and training leaders in various roles.
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to determine Lantheus needs.
Creating strategic plans and career vision that define excellence for all levels of employees.
Designing and developing instructional, cultural, and engagement programsPlanning rigorous and engaging lessons and/or implementing high-quality curriculumCreating inclusive and equitable culture where employees can thrive.
Designing & Delivering Professional and Leadership Development ProgramsThis person will be responsible for designing and developing professional development that builds leaders' capacity to achieve educational equity, by:
Creating and refining leader competency frameworks for multiple leadership rolesDesigning and facilitating training aligned to competency frameworks.
Developing performance-based assessments aligned to career ladders.
Applying the science of learning to design and facilitate leader training.
Partner with an external DEI consultant to assess organizational systems and develop cross-functional DEI roadmap.
Work with Engagement Resource Group(s) to ensure adoption and impact across Lantheus.
Negotiate agreements with internal/external partners that are critical to attainment of organizational objectives; provide consultative support and guidance to other leadership team members.
Demonstrate and employ the judgment, flexibility and situational leadership required to lead through complex combinations of market challenges, including business and organizational change necessitated by changes in the business environment.
Design and support rollout of Leadership Development programs in partnership with HR team and the business.
Compile data and develop Board ready presentations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTSRoutine overnight travel based on business need and some weekend work may be required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
