Cost Estimator with Security Clearance

We are a dynamic team dedicated to providing accurate and reliable cost estimates for a wide range of programs critical to our national defense.
We are seeking a Cost Estimator with expertise in ACEIT software to join our team and contribute to this important mission.
Responsibilities Include:
Utilize ACEIT software to develop, maintain, and analyze cost estimates for DoD programs.
Collaborate with program managers and financial analysts to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
Generate detailed cost models and conduct sensitivity analyses to identify potential cost drivers and areas for optimization.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of cost estimates, reports, and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Continuously update and refine cost estimating methodologies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data, including historical cost data, technical specifications, and program schedules.
Assess risks and uncertainties associated with cost estimates and develop mitigation strategies.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in cost estimation and ACEIT software capabilities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.
S.
Citizen Active Secret clearance is required BA/BS, 4 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, or 8 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions.
All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
