We are seeking a highly technical and driven Product Development Leader to join our dynamic team.
As the Product Development Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the development and launch of our products.
You will lead a team of 3-5 talented individuals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards and aggressive launch timelines.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, a deep understanding of product design, and the ability to manage projects efficiently to ensure on-time product launches.
What you will do:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 3-5 engineers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Develop and execute project plans to manage product development against aggressive timelines, keeping the team on track and aligned with project goals.
Design and develop creative solutions for innovative medical devices, ensuring that products meet or exceed technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation within the product development process.
Review drawings and models of other engineers, providing strong technical mentorship and development opportunities.
Provide simulations, models, and engineering characterizations to ensure proper product performance and reliability.
Optimize designs for manufacturability and facilitate the transfer of the design to manufacturing.
Collaborate closely with other departments, including regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and commercialization.
Requirements:
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in product development, with a strong background in medical device design and development.
Exceptional technical expertise and a track record of successful product launches.
Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
