Secret Clearance POSITION DESCRIPTION o Oversee 185
site collection which make up 5,000 sites.
o Maintain records of the site collection names, links and admins.
o Create training material and course for end users to become site owners and site collection admins.
o Review trained end user labs and create certificates based on class completion.
o Provided one on one or group training as needed.
o Keep updated format for appointment letter to become site owner.
o Provide permissions to users who submitted appointment letter base on certificates.
o Track site owners and SCAs owned sites by appointment letter.
o Maintain the AD group for Hanscom SharePoint Site Owners.
o Maintain the list of sensitive unclassified information that confirms site owners and SCAs scanned their site monthly.
o Setup external access on site collections that need permissions given to non AF.
mil personnel.
o Provide solutions for migration and legacy SP site issues.
Many of Hanscom SP sites have gone from SP 2007 to 2013 and now to SP online.
o Maintain the Hanscom Conference Room site collection permissions and sub sites.
Updating access to the rooms for schedulers and creating new conference rooms sites.
o Provide base level support for all SP issues and requested projects.
o Support installation/configuration/troubleshooting of SQL/IIS as needed o Support hardening of systems (Windows/SQL/IIS etc.
) based on guidelines from DISA.
o Powershell scripting is preferred.
o After hours support as needed.
o Collaborate/Support other teams as needed.
Skills and Education/Work
Experience:
o DOD Secret Clearance required o Associates Degree and 6
years experience required o SEC
required o Strong Sharepoint skills are required o Strong customer service skills Recommended Skills Customer Service Iis Microsoft Share Point Microsoft Windows Problem Solving Sql Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
