KBW has partnered with a large, growing, private company in their search for a Director of Credit & Collections.
This is a highly visible role reporting to the COO and managing a large staff of up to 15.
Seeking a strong manager who can continue to build and mentor a team.
Continued process improvement and implementation will be a large part of the role in preparing the company for additional growth.
This role is in office full-time Responsibilities include:
Directs and manage all areas of Receivables ManagementDevelopment of the company's Collections PolicySupervision and development of a large staffManagement of strategic client relationshipsManagement of all receivables risk management operational areasCash Management and Risk Governance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree7
years of experience in the management of corporate accounts receivablesExperience with collaboration with treasury, finance, and global credit teamsManufacturing or similar industry desiredStrong Presentation SkillsStrong decision making and negotiation skills Compensation:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
