Experience with Dell servers Data center servers Hardware/desktop exp. Exp running fiber Exp stacking servers in a data center Ability to work tasks independently Network TroubleshottingDay to Day
Responsibilities:
Physical Racking Stacking servers Running fiber Handle tickets at ticket cue- could be general hardware troubleshooting, Dell servers Basic Linux knowledge need to run scripts to trouble shoot. This can be taught by them. Troubleshooting physical hardware issues Able to handle fast paced environment Flexibility in work schedule and be able to switch tasks quickly On callo - if in Texas, may need to communicate to a local rep about issue. o 15 minutes to respond to callo NOC gets call, calls K, could be done on phone through chat, most things are acknowledged but can wait until AM. Work with Dell to troubleshoot issues Know how to logon with SSA (?) and run specific scripts then move around directoriesBest Regards,SomeshEconosoft, IncW:
