2K a year EP CSC Individual Clinician The Discovery Team, Edinburg's Early Psychosis (EP) Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) team is seeking a passionate and flexible Clinician to work with individuals ages 15
who have experienced the onset of psychotic symptoms.
As a team, we provide individual therapy, family education, educational and vocational support, Peer Services, Case Management, and Community Engagement.
Treatment is geared to each individual and family's unique needs, using an individual-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and strengths-based approach.
As a member of The Discovery Team, you will work closely with other Clinicians, Prescribers, Education and Employment Specialists, and Peer Specialists.
The Discovery Team utilizes NAVIGATE, an evidenced-based treatment model as a primary modality to support individuals who have experienced an early episode of psychosis.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and occasionally engage in Family Education in lieu of Individual Therapy, based upon the needs of the Team, person-served, and family.
Primary responsibilities will include individual therapy, NAVIGATE Individual Resiliency Training (IRT), psychoeducation, skill building, and coaching to persons receiving Discovery Team Services.
This position is office-based with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week.
Early evening hours will be required 1-2 days per week.
What You Will Do:
Engages with all persons referred for services with an eye toward stabilization.
Maintains a recovery orientation with shared decision making at its center.
Works with each person-served on NAVIGATE Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) and other EP CSC required EBPs.
In concert with the person-served, their families and/or natural supports, and the Team, takes the lead on designing and documenting an individual treatment and recovery plan.
Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and works with individual to make changes, when indicated.
Assists with administration of the EP CSC assessment battery at intake, at 6-month intervals, and at discharge.
Records all findings in myEvolv The EP CSC Individual Clinician, along with the rest of the team, attends all EP CSC Learning Collaborative activities.
Attends (at least) weekly EP CSC Team Meetings Offers peer services to all participants.
Performs other job duties required and consistent with the nature of the job.
Who You Are:
A master's level clinician (license preferred) with demonstrated commitment to recovery-oriented services and shared decision making.
CANS Certification required.
Valid Driver's license required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
