o Extensive experience with C#, .Net, WPF, WCF
o Extensive experience with software development lifecycle frameworks including Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and test driven development.
o Familiar with common design patterns.
o Experience with Java and J2EE environment preferred.
o Experience with PLC programming experience highly desirable.
o Experience with security development cycle (SDL) highly desirable.
o Experience with system performance/scalability.
o Experience with crypto library (such as BSAFE) and PKI is a plus.
o Experience with database programming highly desirable.
