JOB TITLE: Oracle Functional Analyst

JOB LOCATION: Bedford, MA
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to act as functional analyst on Oracle 12 Financials to include the Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Fixed Asset and EB Tax applications. Candidate must be a team player with outstanding communication skills, and be able to stay on task when working independently and support the system using hands on technical skills.
The primary duty of this position is to assist with functional support for Oracle R12.1.3 Global Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, EB Tax, iSupplier, iExpense, custom interfaces and additional modules as assigned.
The candidate will provide end-user instruction and support to resolve application issues. The candidate will provide resolution to functional support issues, and liaise with Corporate Purchasing, Payables and General Ledger until the problem is resolved. Additional responsibilities include logging and managing Service Requests (SR) with Oracle Support and documenting and testing solutions.
Required
Experience:
2-3 years USER experience with Oracle R12 with primary focus on Purchasing, iProcurement and Payables Applications. Solid understanding of the R12 Procure to Pay track.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users, at all levels.
Must have ability to work independently and possess excellent communication skills.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Oracle Business Intelligence experience a plus
Working knowledge of Oracle SQL a plus
Additional Oracle modules experience would be a plus
