Oracle America, Inc. has openings for Applications Developers in Bedford, MA. Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. Analyze and translate product requirements into feature functional and design specifications. Scope level of effort to implement and test software components. Implement and test software components. Work with documentation and quality assurance resources providing cross functional information. Work on a development team enhancing a clinical study design application providing new features, defect remediation and support of customer escalations. Demonstrated working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, agile is preferred. Knowledge of 21CFR part 1, HIPPA regulations and secure design/ coding practices. Support and enablement of the clinical study design application release roadmap. Maintain compliance and quality of this application.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Experience must include:
1. utilizing Windows and Linux operating systems, to design and develop with Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C#, Windows Forms, LINQ, Oracle Database PL/SQL and XML; 2. Install Shield, Infragistics net advantage, Dot Trace, NUnit and source control system; 3. working with complex logic and algorithms; 4. applying Clinical Study Design; and 5. handling complex logic and algorithms used within the Clinical Study application:
Rules Engine and Logical Schemas.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
