Oracle America, Inc. has openings for Software Developer positions in Bedford, MA. Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks. Develop, debug or design software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. Conduct Socket/Network programming using the TCP/IP protocol suite in a Linux based environment. Analyze customer needs to design and develop software in C/C++/JAVA/LUA within time and cost constraints. Modify existing software and correcting software defects to customer satisfaction. Develop functional and design specifications on new software development features. Support various signaling, web and/or security protocols as required; and interact directly with end users and partners. Design and develop of HTTP Application Layer Gateway (ALG) and SBC Remote Survivability.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and 3 year(s) of work experience in job offered or 3 year(s) of work experience in a software engineer-related occupation. Experience must include:
1. JAVA, J2EE, C, C++, and Unix Shell Scripting. 2. Oracle, MySQL, and Derby. 3. DNS, SIP and SOAP/XML. 4. Solaris and Redhat Linux. 5. Requirement Gathering. 6. Scope Management. 7. Network protocols (TCP/IP). 8. Designing and developing software for network applications. 9. Debugging tool GDB. Experience may be gained concurrently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
