Oracle America, Inc. has openings for Senior Sales Consultants in Bedford, Massachusetts. Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying technology/application to client business. Facilitate customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks. Responsible for providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through technical, professional client relationships. Work with Channel and Partners in interoperability programs to create and execute test plans for finding suitable configuration for specific Oracle Acme Packet network deployments. Configure and troubleshoot portfolio of Oracle Acme Packet systems on site, or remotely manage issues arising from testing. Provide follow-on support for open issues and provide written test reports. Work jointly with Solutions Architecture team to deploy and simulate new Oracle Acme Packet end-to-end solutions to identify requirements, test, and provide technical guidance before or during deploying at customer site. Setup customer/partner products and perform technical presentations. Produce technical documentation for both Channel/Partner and internal Sales team. Work with Technical Support team to transfer knowledge of customer's/partner's configuration and network topology. Responsible for custom solution roll out to support sales and business drivers.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in an engineering/research-related occupation. Experience must include:
1) 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience; 2) Multi-user operating system, System and application design; 3) Needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques; 4) Data networking and telephony environments using next generation IP services; 5) LAN/WAN/security data networking, and IP telephony technologies and architectures; 6) Voice over IP systems and protocols; 7) VoIP protocols such as SIP/SDP, MSRP, H323, MGCP, H248, and RTP/RTCP; 8) Routing and switching protocols, such as IPv6, IPv4, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, VLAN, Frame Relay; 9) Security protocols such as SSL/TLS and IPSec; 10) 3 years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting IP telephony solutions for partners/channels and customers worldwide; 11) Computer networking and security experience in Linux; 12) Networking ecosystem emphasizing voice over IP telephony solutions (Asterisk, OpenSIPS), high availability (Hearbeat), and high performance (SIP proxy) solutions; and 13) Virtualization & cloud technologies, such as VMWare and Oracle Virtual Manager. Experience may be gained concurrently. Some travel may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
