CSR Coordinator

Purpose: Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the Holcim (US) Corporate Social Responsibility program designed to meet or exceed Holcim's stakeholder expectations.
Major Duties/
Responsibilities:
CSR Reporting - coordinate with functional teams and report CSR information to the corporation
Support the development & implementation of CSR strategy and action plan for all locations
Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement activities both internal and external.
Coordinate, track and report volunteering
Produce CSR communications with target audiences both internal and external
Tracking and reporting of donations/sponsorships
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of work experience related to stakeholder engagements and community liaison activities.
Education: Associates Degree
Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred field of study: Public Relations, Sustainable Development, Environment, Social Studies and/or business management social studies
Educational training specific to Corporate Social Responsibility is an asset.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Powerpoint, Publisher, Word, Excel, InDesign and research methods using internet, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including good networking skills.
Solution and delivery oriented with good planning and implementation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Spoken and written fluency in English
Creative thinker with an attention to detail
Proactive and innovative.
Self-confident and flexible.
Travel Requirements: The job requires 30% of domestic travel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
