The Senior Developer Analyst is a member of the Supply Chain and Finance Business Systems team and reports to the Director. Working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, the role delivers projects, enhancements and provides supports for Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 used across the Corporation (will upgrade in 2012).



JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (Listed in order of importance)

Performs business analysis, design, development, and testing for new projects and enhancements
Identifies opportunities for business process and system improvements/optimization
Provides daily application support to end user support and resolves application and technical programming issues
Prepares technical specifications, test plans/scripts, and documentation of application designs and workflows. Maintains application documentation
Supports assigned interfaces moving data in and out of the Microsoft Dynamics AX system


JOB QUALIFICATIONS


Requirements

Knowledge / Education

7
years of software/applications analysis and development experience. At least 3 years using the Microsoft technology stack - particularly C#, .NET, X++, and SQL
and exposure to highly interfaced ERP environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good documentation skills, design specs, test scripts, training documents etc.
Good functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX in at least one area; Finance and or Trade & Logistics



Job Experience
At least 5 years experience with ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics AX is highly preferred)
Experience in the Analysis, Design, and Coding of reports within the Microsoft technology stack
Solid understanding of SDLC processes and IT best practices
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
