Follows proper procedures in washing and sanitizing pots, pans, dishes, silverware, equipment, floors, walls, and all assigned areas Reviews diet census sheets daily Assists in processing diet/nourishment orders and changes Prepares grill items, cold items, and coffee on a timely basis Uses portion control scale and measuring devices to portion individual items according to the standardized recipes Assures hot and cold equipment plugged in before meal service Determines the quantity of ingredients needed to prepare yield Checks diet cards for accuracy and books diet cards for tray service Ensures all supplies are properly labeled, secured, and maintained accordingly to established procedures Independently completes work according to the time schedules Retrieves standing orders, early/late trays, patient movement list, sandwich lists, big meal lists, labels and diet census from the computer Checks patients' trays on assembly line to ensure accuracy and neatness Follow infectious control protocol Utilizes protective items such as gloves, masks, and goggles Consistently follows infections control protocol Appropriately follows established procedures and reporting requirements for on-the-job accidents and injuries Work Schedule:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
